John is founder and president of The Futures Corporation, a company that has quietly grown into a nationally recognized firm specializing in preparing organizations for a successful future through strategic thinking, scenario planning, professional leadership, and organization development. Having provided programs and services to over 4,000 organizations, John is a leading authority on the relationship between long-term strategic planning, employee development, and organization success. John has enjoyed a distinguished thirty-four year career serving in both government and industry, including the Fortune 500. He has also owned eight businesses over the past twenty-five years.
Over the two decades he has served the private business and public sectors, John Luthy has assisted hundreds of organizations, including Fortune 500 corporations, closely held businesses, and government agencies toward the goal of becoming more productive, efficient, and responsive. He is the author of the acclaimed Prepared For Challenge Organization Development Series™, which has guided hundreds of businesses and public agencies to higher levels of efficiency and performance.
John holds a bachelor’s degree from Baker University, a master’s degree from the University of Missouri, a master’s degree from Boise State University, and a doctorate from the University of Idaho. A well known futurist and active member of the World Future Society, he has been recognized in ‘Who’s Who In America’ and ‘Who’s Who in American Education,’ and is one of this country’s most sought after consultants who can analyze future trends, establish growth strategies, increase performance, and successfully prepare companies for a challenging future.
A Senior Partner of The Futures Corporation and Managing Director of the Center for Business Success, Paul holds a Bachelor degree in psychology from the University of San Francisco. A self-motivated and charismatic leader, Paul has been instrumental in the development of a number of organizations and organizational programs, and has focused on increasing program efficiency in many venues. His diverse personal and business experiences over a thirty-year career have provided the opportunity to make significant contributions to a wide range of for profit and non-profit organizations.
Paul has held senior positions in a wide variety of businesses including medical supply manufacturing, real estate investments, medical imaging and medical diagnostic services. He has served as Trustee for a number of non-profit organizations in the areas of education, mental health and the performing arts.
Dave is a co-founder of the Center for Business Success and founding partner of McAnaney & Associates PLLC headquartered in Boise, Idaho. His practice emphasizes business, estate and tax planning including business formations, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, continuity and succession planning, wealth planning and preservation, multi-generational planning, charitable planning, estate administration, real estate transactions and related matters.
Dave holds a BA in business administration and accounting from Albertson College of Idaho, is a Certified Public Accountant, and earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he also earned a Masters of Law in Taxation. Dave is admitted to practice law in California and Idaho, as well as before the United States Tax Court and United States District Courts – Eastern District of California and the District of Idaho. Professionally, Dave is a member of the American Bar Association, Section on Taxation; the State Bar of California, Taxation Section, Estate Trust and Probate Section; Idaho State Bar, Boise Estate Planning Council; the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He is a frequent lecturer to professional organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest.
As Senior Partner of the Futures Corporation responsible for Employee Development & Training Services, Mike has prepared and conducted numerous training programs for both public and private organizations. Additionally, Mike is a co-founder and co-author of The National Learning and Resource Center, an on-line library of training materials, tutorials and podcasts designed to bring training directly to the end user and improve employee efficiency, management practices and leadership skills.
A seasoned teacher and speaker for over two decades, Mike has trained people of all ages, educational backgrounds and professional titles. After receiving a degree from Brigham Young University, Mike served as Social Studies department head and taught high school students various subjects, including US. History, world history, sociology and geography. He also assisted the math and English departments with curriculum design and student instruction.
Following years of public service, Mike obtained a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. A certified instructor with 360 Solutions and BlueEQ, Mike has excelled as a corporate trainer and curriculum developer. He has also worked with numerous organization presidents and CEOs needing strategic and operations planning, organization assessment, and specialized training courses.
Tim is a senior partner of The Futures Corporation and heads up the data center division of the company. With exceptional project management skills and broad experience in research, analysis, strategy development, accounting and forecasting, Tim has a diverse background in working with diverse groups including engineers, consultants, construction contractors, financial institutions, marketing managers, customers, and senior management. Tim’s strengths include his ability to interact with people at any level to understand and improve processes and capabilities of any function in the business in both the private and public sectors.
After Tim received his bachelor’s degree in business with a marketing concentration from the University of Oregon he switched gears and recognized his passion for data and financial analysis and began his career providing financial analysis and forecasting for an international engineering and construction company. Building on his financial analysis success Tim relocated to Fort Worth, Texas to pursue a position as senior financial analyst for a major aviation defense contractor. He was responsible for a team of analysts which provided program budget and forecasting for both schedule and cost tracking and forecasting.
Recognizing his strength in leading teams and financial acumen Tim received his MBA while working full-time and accepted a position with a top forest products company. Tim was responsible for the budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and cost and schedule projections for over $300 million of capital projects over several mill locations. He successfully led negotiations with contractors providing hundreds of thousands of dollars in cost savings as well as alerting senior management to projected cost overruns which led to substantial savings in additional total project costs.
Recognizing his project management skills and process improvement efforts the company utilized Tim to recognized the need and developed and taught in-house courses related to Total Quality and Decision Quality programs. Tim also developed and taught project management courses for the corporate engineering and marketing groups.
Tim was asked to join the corporate planning group to design, implement, and manage the industry analysis program for a $2 billion dollar division. Drawing on his enthusiasm for financial and industry analysis Tim was asked to speak at in-house and industry association meetings providing insight into industry developments and forecasts. He was also asked to facilitate marketing teams in product development and the division procurement group to provide a five year vision.
Utilizing his success and passion to create and communicate his knowledge in data analysis, process improvement, and data center creation, Tim began his career as a consultant. Tim has provided a variety of improvement stuff to several industries and companies of varying sizes. Since joining The Futures Corporation Tim’s services include providing services as a temporary Controller for a three company enterprise, establishing process improvement systems, and development of a data center for a billion dollar conglomerate in the rail industry.
Tim has provided marketing research and analysis services for a billion dollar woods products manufacturer and railroad full-services company as well as sales team facilitation for several companies in a variety of industries.
With a diverse 25+ year career, Ken has served as Owner, General Manager, and Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a number of start-up divisions from medium-sized to Fortune 500 organizations, primarily in the Information Technology (IT) marketplace. He brings extensive results-driven experience in organizational system design; product research, planning and launch; development and deployment of marketing and sales growth initiatives; distribution channel modeling; and partnering programs. Ken has amassed a unique combination of analytical, interpersonal communication, negotiation, research & development (R&D), product life cycle, market research, and financial planning expertise.
Ken is firmly grounded on an educational foundation centered on business management, marketing and information technology (IT) with Bachelor degrees in Marketing and Computer Information Systems (CIS) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Boise State University. Ken has authored several business development training programs including Developing a SUSTAINABLE Competitive Advantage – a proven systematic approach to marketing success™ and WINNING SALES – an introduction to the professional selling process™. He has also co-author an organizational assessment, strategic planning and small business management workbook titled The Art of Practice Development – A Working Manual for Planning & Developing Your Practice.
